CHEWY FRENCH TOAST COOKIES. Really pretty easy cookies to make. These are truly the most wonderful cookies you will see during Christmas.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons maple extract
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar for rolling
