Christmas Turtle Fudge

Here's a recipe for Christmas Turtle Fudge:

Ingredients:

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup caramel sauce or caramel candies, melted
1/2 cup red and green candy-coated chocolates (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal later. Lightly grease the paper or foil with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

3. Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans until well combined.

4. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

5. Drizzle the melted caramel sauce or sprinkle the melted caramel candies over the fudge layer.

6. Pour the remaining fudge mixture over the caramel layer, spreading it carefully to cover the caramel.

7. If desired, press red and green candy-coated chocolates onto the top of the fudge for a festive touch.

8. Place the pan in the refrigerator and let the fudge chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

9. Once the fudge is firm, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper or foil overhang. Cut it into small squares or desired shapes.

10. Serve and enjoy this indulgent Christmas Turtle Fudge! It's a rich and delicious treat that combines the flavors of chocolate, caramel, and pecans, perfect for the holiday season.

Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can be enjoyed for several days, if it lasts that long!
