Ingredients:

2/3 cup (135g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar, for rolling

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
