Mint Chocolate Swirl Bark
Christmas is near, we can already feel its festive spirit everywhere. Let’s make Christmas Day Special Mint Chocolate Swirl Bark. I’m not usually a big bark fan because it’s always the same old peppermint covered in candy canes, but anything with Andes mints has my heart. I'm sure this will totally going on your Christmas baking list!
Cook Time: 25 Minutes Total Time: 60 minutes | Yield: 8 pieces |
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces dark chocolate callets or finely chopped good quality dark chocolate.
- 4 ounces green mint baking chips.
- 1 cup chopped Andes mint candies.
Directions:
- In a microwave, melt both (dark chocolate), and (green mint chips), Stir both separately.
- Pour melted chocolate onto a baking sheet. Spread into an even layer. Dollop lines of melted mint chips on top of chocolate.
- Sprinkle with Andes mints. uncovered at room temperature, for 1 to 2 hours or until set.
- Break or cut into serving size pieces.
